GENERAL TERMS

All commission will paid via paypal invoices!To order, please message on deviantart or on twitter!Please include character references in your message as well as any detailed requests you may have! Once a price is agreed upon, I will request your paypal address for the invoice!After payment is received, a sketch is provided where any changes can be made. Additional WIP's will be shared to assure the piece is going in the right direction, and minor changes can be made. Once piece is completed no changes can be made.All art, be it OC or VTuber, may be used freely for banners, icons, stream assets etc.. Only use for commercial purposes(creating and selling merchandise) will commercial rights be needed to be purchased.

Terms of Service

GENERALI reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.All character types are welcome, as well as any gendered couples. Must have clear picture images, I will not work from text only references or RL people/photo references.

PAYMENTSFull payment must be made upfront before I begin.If you do not complete the payment within a timely manner, I will cancel the request.

REVISIONSChanges can be made when I show you the sketch WIP.After completion, no changes can be made.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERYPlease allow up to a month for delivery.Most sketches/WIPs can be delivered within a few days of accepting the request.After the sketch has been confirmed, final delivery can take a couple of weeks to a month

USEAny personal usage is allowed such as profile pictures and stream assets.Commercial use for merchandise will be subject to a flat fee of 250$ per image.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTSReposting is allowed with proper credit back to me.I will post a watermarked version on my social media pages, If you would like me to refrain from doing so, please let me know.

REFUNDSNo refunds allowed after the sketch is approved.If you want a refund before I have started, it will be a full refund of 100%.If you want a refund when I have finished the sketch(with no approval), it will be a partial refund of 50%
